Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Emotional Freedom Technique incorporates a research based technique known as tapping, which is a type of meridian tapping technique that combines both ancient Chinese acupressure and modern day psychology, with spectacular results. Tapping has shown incredible success in the treatment of pain relief, trauma, weight loss, food cravings, body image, and anxiety. By Tapping on the meridian endpoints, one is able to deactivate the stress response in our body (i.e., the fight or flight response) and in return activates that relaxation response. By activating the relaxation response, the amygdale (i.e., emotional alarm centre of our brain) recognises that it is safe and therefore, clients are able to reprogram the brain and body to act-and-react in a more helpful way. Dino has completed both levels of the EFT certification process.
